Healthy Juice Formula....


1. Carrot + Ginger + Apple - Boost and cleanse our system.

2. Apple + Cucumber + Celery - Prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and improve stomach upset and headache.

3. Tomato + Carrot + Apple -Improve skin complexion and bad breath.

4. Bitter gourd + Apple + Milk - Avoid bad breath and reduce internal body heat.

5. Orange + Ginger + Cucumber- Improve Skin texture an moisture and reduce body heat.

6. Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon - To dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney.

7. Apple + Cucumber + Kiwi - To improve skin complexion.

8. Pear & Banana - regulates sugar content.

Healthy Fruit Protein Shake Recipes

1. Apricot-Pineapple-Strawberry Shake

Ingredient:

1 fresh apricot, diced
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 banana
6 strawberries
1 tbsp. skim milk powder
1 1/2 cup water
1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp. flax seed oil (optional)

Method: In a blender, process fruit with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until thoroughly mixed and serve.

2. Banana-Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredient:

6 strawberries, frozen
1 banana, frozen
1 tbsp. skim milk powder
1 1/4 cup water
1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp. flax oil (optional)

Method: In a blender, process all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve.

3. Tropical Shake

Ingredients:

1/2 banana, frozen
4 strawberries, frozen
1/2 mango
1 1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. frozen pina coloda mix (or 1/8 tsp. natural coconut extract)
1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp. flax oil (optional)
6 ice cubes

Method: In a blender, process all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve.


4. Banana-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 pear, cored
1/2 banana, frozen
1/4 cup frozen blueberries or frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp. skim milk powder
1 1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 heaping tbsp. high-quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp. flax oil (optional)

Method:In a blender, process all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve.


5. Banana-Orange-Strawberry Shake

Ingredients:

6 strawberries, frozen
1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. skim milk powder
1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp. flax oil (optional)

Method: In a blender, process all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve.
